It has some creepy scenes and Lynn Bari is pretty good, the rest of the cast is fair. It "introduces" Lorrie Richards, who never did anything after this, some introduction! It is a bit fascinating on a "B" movie level. The story isn't too bad, for the most part it held my interest, although it does bog down after the halfway mark.
