Clever use of cartooning within the film (remember this film was made in 1934). Clearly the actors were having fun making this film, and I had fun watching it. Leave your brain at the door and just relax for 66 minutes. A Monogram production, perhaps even one of its most charming ones, the film has a second grade screenplay and the usual kind of rushed filming that lacks any style that isn't cheap or tacky.
