A solid logical entertaining hostage movie definitely better than straight to dvd material. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member This gripping and exciting thriller turns on a clever premise; a trio of violent psychopaths hold a busload of deaf-mute students hostage in a standoff with the police. The duel between the seasoned hostage negotiator (James Garner) and the hostage takers is superbly crafted. And I like Marlee Matlin's character as a confident teacher of the deaf who's trying to protect and plan to escape with her deaf students away from the psychopaths.
