nick s I didn't watch till the end. The acting was fine but the film didn't keep my attention. The scenes felt stagey and the story wasn't gripping. I only watched it because it was filmed in Contra Costa County and includes a scene at John Jawad's Pioneer Inn in Clayton. The dialog is stilted fake-beat-generation and the acting is almost as bad with the possible exception of a very young Jack Nicholson.
