It's not easy being green. The friendly side of marijuana in a British comedy with no other purpose than to entertain and it does it quite well, enough to easily bring out more than one smile.

After Grace (Brenda Blethyn) hence the title attending the funeral of her late husband's passing soon finds out later that he left her with a great amount of debt. And because she has no job nor experience and a senior citizen she gets herself involve in the marijuana business suggested by her hired gardener, friend and confident, Mathew played by Craig Ferguson who was also credited as co-producer and co-writer.
