nick s The actors were a little too camera aware and the director felt compelled to make plot points overly obvious. Lacked subtlety, depth, originality and eye-candy. Overall not terrible but not one I'd recommend. What's even more shocking is they were both released in the same year. One look at the wiki page of this movie confirms my suspicion that there was a legal tussle between the makers of this film and that one- It is shocking how similar the premise is. Having said that this is a decent enough film, if somewhat unremarkable. The same "time repeats itself" concept applies here and the only difference is this is a love story where the lady is shot and the lead must relive this everyday or do something about it. The lead actor is alright, he looks similar to David "Ross" Schwimmer of friends and the lead actress is beautiful. Jeremy Piven also co- stars, makes you wonder how long he's been in the game in Hollywood. (Groundhog day for television? You decide).
