      Audience Member Okay tv-movie that is based on true events of hurricane hitting Houston. Film focuses on flooded hospital that loses all it's electricity and struggles with decision whether to evacuate or not. Cast was pretty typical tv-movie quality with JoBeth Williams being exception. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member It was OK to watch, the acting wasn't terrible, but it was too obvious how they were suppose to act and couldn't. It's very boring at times. I like that it was kept "simple", there weren't a bunch of unrealistic survival scenes, it was just the doctors trying to get their critical patients out of the hospital, so it was a nice movie. There was some nice storm footage but not enough making the storm seem quick and not very dramatic. I felt the film was a bit messy at times and I swear I saw the camera crew in a reflection of a car early on in the film. However I liked the introduction to the characters and the music was chosen well creating the feeling of tension throughout.
