Frank Amazing documentary. So convincing it's sad that this fraud is not just going on - but happening under the nose of the authorities who do nothing. The technology is correct, The videos are from the government and the math is reasonable. I remember receiving multiple mail in ballots at my address. These could have been used in this manner (but were not). The "fact checking" from Reuters, AP, local papers and others do a broad brush dismissal of the movie with much less detail than the movie, no focus on the rules for the states in question and suggestion that the activities were legal, even if carried out at times, in the dead of night. The American public should not simply dismiss this movie nor blandly accept the the so call "fact checking". Go see it and then consider the "fact checking", or vice versa.
