What to Know

Critics Consensus

Though it strives to mimic The Hangover, 21 and Over is too predictable, too unabashedly profane, and too inconsistently funny to carry the torch.

Ed R @JustcallmeER Nov 6 Though it strives to mimic The Hangover, 21 and Over is too predictable, too unabashedly profane, and too inconsistently funny to carry the torch. See more Ptipana L 11/01/2023 Nostalgia I remember when I watched this movie back then in 2013, I laughed so hard that my stomach hurt. It was the funniest movie I had ever watched, and now that I have watched it for the second time after 10 years in 2023, it is still amazing and funny. Despite the negative reviews it received from some critics, it is a wonderful movie, and you won't regret watching it. And you will enjoy every minute of it. The film is suitable for anyone who likes comedy and wants to have a good time, and the end of the movie made me feel nostalgic for the good old days, and I wish they would make a sequel. Because it is one of my favorites. See more Emilliano Jr S 09/23/2023 Like a cheap, poor man's The Hangover. See more cbcguy 08/18/2023 Hilarious at times but has its flaws, had some great ideas but some parts were executed poorly. See more 12/12/2022 Some funny parts, but not a good movie all around See more 01/04/2022 Sarah Wright and Skylar Astin have really good chemistry in their scenes but that's the only true highlight. Otherwise, it's a mildly funny at best comedy that relies on played-out tropes. See more Read all reviews
