I thought the plot was weak and just couldn’t get into it! It has some great kills but beyond that I was really disappointed! I am terrified of clowns and this movie didn’t do a thing to me! Also I found the way it ended to be some real bs… I like my movies tied up with a bow and hate being left with what happens next! It’s worth a watch but I definitely haven’t watched it again! A group of carnival workers are kidnapped and taken to a building to play a game of kill or be killed. Mostly a wasted time in my viewing life. Zombie is all about shock, gore, and style. Well, it's very hard to shock me, gore is irrelevant if I don't care about the characters, and I think he lacks style. The main redeeming features of this movie is the presence of Richard Brake, who hams up the opening and closing segments of the film, and the appearances of actors I haven't seen in a while. Surprised to see Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs of Welcome Back, Kotter fame. He actually does a good job although I could've done without the Jamaican accent. There are also a several cameos of interest: Tracy Walters (fixture of 80s tv and film); EG Daily (Valley Girl, Peewee's Big Adventure, Powerpuff Girls); Malcolm McDowell; Ginger Lynn. But unless you're fan of Zombie or one of the actors, not recommended.

Good concept,would of benefitted from bigger cast.zombie chose visuals and musical tightened scenes over script execution. I still like it for it's short comings.
