See more 06/16/2015 Cinematic ineptitude has another name, and that name is 666: The Demon Child; a 2004 horror which feels at least 15-20 years older. The plot sees expendable archaeologists drive around a dimly lit desert in a Motorhome, avoiding attacks from a screaming, ketchup-squirting Cindy doll. Meanwhile, expert editing ensures the interchangeable guys and gals pop in and out of the action at random, an embarrassing shower sequence goads Hitchcock to turn in his grave, and a squealing soundtrack competes with quiet dialogue for your (lack of) attention.
