This is a really well acted and directed film. Refreshing to see such a believable piece of drama on screen. Excellent and realistic performances from everyone. I cannot recommend this film highly enough. Hidden gem.

They went for a more minimalistic and reallistic take here. You could constantly hear the ambient and machinery noise in the cockpit and all(which due to the lack of music, became annoying at times). Whether this was due to budget limitations or an artistic choice, I don't mind that; in fact, it even makes you think how easy it can be for these things to happen and makes you a bit panicky about flying. Joseph Gordon-Levitt gives a nice peformance as well. Having said this, if you are going to do a movie as realistic as this, at least give us a little bit more, because once it was over, i felt like it wasn't enough. Hell, i wouldn't have minded to see the aftermath of the hijacking, to take away that empty feeling that it left.

I quite liked this movie, love how it was only in the cockpit and never showed anywhere but angles either showing or inside the cockpit that was really cool. I also like Joseph Gordon-Levitt but at some times the story was meh and it took a bit too long to end after they landed in Hannover. Pretty fun tense, thriller, would recommend

It might be good if you can make it through and do so without focusing on anything other than the nonstop sound of the beating of the door from one of the terrorists. I made it 45 minutes in and had to call it quits for that reason alone. It was excessive and unnecessary and a total distraction from the rest of the scenes.

7500 is an effective minimalist thriller masterfully fleshed out by Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Thanks to the simplicity of the production, there is a special emotional connection that is furthered by moving performances from both Levitt and Memar. It left me both touched and thoughtful.
