Once its over, i regret sacrificing my sleep to watch this. [Spoiler alert beyond this, avoid reading if you havent watched] The movie started well, went slow... Started to be 'creepy' for a married woman and his crush to be walking here and there reminiscing their past. Its nice to know the whole truth of what happened, but in Asian culture, even tho they didn't end up doing anything bad, just spending the night together and even sharing bedroom together at night, is just unimaginable (for the husband whos in Singapore). I was watching, hoping for plot twist like "oh i didnt really get married, it was foster child" or maybe "my husband was an abuser, i left him/he already passed away" etc with 8.5 imdb and that 100%RT score. But the ending just made me regret watching this. Sighs. Give me back my 2.5hours!! It's nostalgic, heart breaking, heart wrenching, close to reality. Trisha and Vijay Sethupathi are terrific as is supporting cast. Music by Govind Vasantha is wonderful and it's very much integral to the story. Voice over by Chinmayi for the leading lady and for the songs will linger your ears for so long after you come out the movie. Lyrics by Karthik Netha is Wow.
