Carla Hay Culture Mix A Breed Apart is an aggressively loathsome horror comedy about annoying people trapped on an island with killer dogs that attack. This sloppily made film, which is incompetent on every level, is a relentless attack on viewers' intelligence and time. May 24, 2025 Full Review Josh Bell Crooked Marquee The janky, suspiciously AI-looking special effects are only one problem with this mess of a film, which at times comes off like it was abandoned partly through post-production. Rated: D- May 20, 2025 Full Review Erik Childress Movie Madness Podcast Beyond the general sloppiness in tonal shifts, effects and filmmaking, a film about the terror threat of feral dogs should produce attacks that result in more than just minor redness and irritation. Rated: 1/4 May 20, 2025 Full Review Mark Dujsik Mark Reviews Movies This is an ugly-looking, repetitive, and dull dead end of whatever it is the movie is trying to be. Rated: 1/4 May 16, 2025 Full Review Grant Hermanns Screen Rant The Furst Brothers' A Breed Apart certainly goes for intentional comedy, but is also full of moments that are so terrible they're hysterical. Rated: 3/10 May 15, 2025 Full Review Mike McGranaghan Aisle Seat Directors Griff and Nathan Furst are so inept they make Sharknado director Anthony C. Ferrante look like Paul Thomas Anderson in comparison. Rated: 1.5/4 May 15, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/28/25 Full Review Baruch M This movie had me from the first frame. A Breed Apart is deeply immersive, and the suspense never lets go. It's more than just horror—it's art. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 05/25/25 Full Review Meshullam P An instant classic. A Breed Apart redefines modern horror with a brilliant mix of fear, suspense, and feeling. Every scene adds something meaningful. It's masterfully made. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/25/25 Full Review Azaniah K Beautiful and brutal. A Breed Apart stuns with its visuals and story. It’s unlike anything I’ve watched recently. The plot is tight, and the execution is flawless. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/25/25 Full Review Read all reviews
