      Audience Member Director Seth Zvi Rosenfeld presents a story of a brothers struggle to change Not a very big known cast here, only recognize John Leguizamo, Rosie Perez, Cathy Moriarty, Marisa Tomei, and Jennifer Esposito One night when they were young boys on the streets of Harlem, escaping the turbulent home of their alcoholic mother, Doreen brothers Mick (Michael Raynor) and Lex (Nick Chinlund) were abused by a uniformed policeman Lex slashed the cops throat saving his brother As adults, Mick became a cop himself, but still carries the emotional scars of the attack Lex, who landed in juvenile detention after fighting the cop off, is a small-time drug dealer whose relationship with girlfriend Debbie is falling apart He's struggling so bad he's drinking and using unable to break away Debbie and Lex have a child but his baggage is weighing down so much Tragedy strikes when both of them are at their lowest The movie works with a lot of conviction from the actors in a rough part of the urban city life Drugs, drinking, hustling changes these people drastically I thought the ending was very weak and could've tied things up better Yet the brother relationship is solid starting out strong then slowly withers away from the risky, poor decisions these two have to make Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/26/24 Full Review StephenPaul C The greatest 01 hour: and 32 minutes ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Two brother's Lex and Mick have spent there lives lookin out for one another even though they have both taken very different paths Lex who spent the years of his youth locked up cause he tryed to stop a cop from hurting his brother Mick and Mick who went on to become a cop himself as they deal with personal problems between each other and Lex's new drug habit and a life that didnt turn out like he wanted untill it all comes to a head when Lex needs his brothers help and a ending for one that sees no other way out. Really good indy film great cast and good story of these two brothers really worth a watch for anyone into films like this Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
