Audience Member A poor man's Jason Statham tries his best to look mean and convincing while a bad plot and stupid writing kills the rest of the movie. Violence there was a good bit, gory and disgusting as well but it doesn't help the miserable quality of the flick. Better watch Crank and Crank 2 again - at least there you have the real Jason Statham Rated 1.5/5 Stars •  Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member One of those british crime films, shot very cheaply but trying to punch above its weight, and to a degree its enjoyable, yes the acting is suspect at times and dubbing not great at times, but it has ideas, and the violence is hard hitting so not bad for someone going out to make a low budget effort, certainly a calling card, the story tipical and nothing special, but certainly things to admire. Rated 3/5 Stars •  Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Besides a few glaring no, i don't think so's in the general story (after all its just a film) this is a great brutal, gory fun ride..i'm not one for shot on digital video or whatever it is done on i think film is classier and people use wider lense's for better, more cinematic views.. had it been done like that it could well have been a personal classic for me...great script too..besides my grumbles 10/10 very special :-) highly recommended !!!
