Audience Member A Long Way Off is a complete failure in telling the parable of The Prodigal Son. It has bad acting, basic cinematography and directing, and it seems that most of the budget was spent on location and set. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Great movie. Great ending.. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/23/15 Full Review Audience Member I hope more movies are made of bible stories in modern times. This modern twist on the Prodigal Son theme was entertaining and uplifting. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Excellent movie that builds to a fantastic ending. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member The older brother, Seth, was almost too old looking but other than that, it was a great film. Probably the best father-son reunions ever captured in film. I choke up just thinking about that lovely manly hug! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member It's so nice to see enjoyable faith-based films like A Long Way Off. Jason Burkey was a lovable loser with a bade 'tude. By the end of the film he was a lovable humbled man who learned a lot about life. We can all learn by what he went threw thinking his ways were better than the ways of his earthly father and Heavenly Father. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Read all reviews
