Robert W @RT34973803 Nov 4 You know, I watched this flick the other day that really had me hooked. It started off so strong, with a plot that was actually pretty engaging. I was genuinely into where it was going, thinking it was shaping up to be a real winner. Then, bam, the ending just completely took a left turn. It felt like the writers suddenly forgot what movie they were making. Everything they had built up just dissolved in those last few scenes. Honestly, it was a bit of a bummer after such a promising start. I kept waiting for it to make sense, but it never really did. The script and direction are dismal and only Duvall does anything like acting. In fairness to the rest of the cast, it's impossible to imagine that they could do anything meaningful with this rubbish.
