There’s a lot of etc. in this movie, a testament to its derivative nature. But being unoriginal isn’t a death knell – it’s the screenplay’s inability to inspire our dramatic investment, or churn up a decent laugh.

It's basically the same story as "Christmas ...Again?" But in that case the main character was a child. Where this guy is a full grown adult whining like a child. Both play the "Groundhog Day" formula but where Bill Murray was somewhat unlikable at first in that, this guy is nothing a massive asshole you don't care ever escapes the Christmas loop. Plus, I thought Netflix was above rating something adults only because of language. But this only has language, nothing else. And as I said, thinking making something adults only for language is a delusion. One I'd wish we'd wake up from. Overall, this is a ugly, unpleasant, unfunny and unentertaining snooze.
