Audience Member The hypothesis is impossible to believe, as well as the love story, but as an average comedy, it is not bad. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review iain m I thought it was great; joyous and funny. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Cute French farce comedy. The first half is better than the second and it's a little too long, but mostly I enjoyed this. A few laughs and some interesting background to the movie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Wry French humour, not totally overboard, showcasing the frivolity of marriage for some, until the realization of true love hits. The escapades to Copenhagen, Nairobi and Kilimanjaro were fun. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Contrived, ridiculous and there was not much chemistry between both the men Kruger claimed to love at different points in her life. However there were a handful of small comedic spots from France to Moscow. The title was off - nothing was that planned not perfect. We had fun watching it too. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Kate Muir Times (UK) Some French humour still eludes me, and A Perfect Plan is one of those rom-coms that irritates more than amuses. Sep 23, 2014 Full Review Ian Freer Empire Magazine It requires you to suspend disbelief but go with it and A Perfect Plan is funny, winning and romantic. Rated: 3/5 Jun 13, 2014 Full Review Peter Bradshaw Guardian None of the obvious plotholes would matter if it was in any way romantic or funny. Oh well. Rated: 2/5 Jun 12, 2014 Full Review Jason Best Movie Talk People do screwy things in screwball comedies - and we're tickled when the filmmakers pull off the daftness with panache. Yet it's hard to raise a smile from the laboriously contrived kookiness of Diane Kruger and Dany Boon's wildly mismatched couple. Rated: 2/5 Jun 22, 2014 Full Review James Mottram Total Film There's nothing perfect or planned about Diane Kruger's madcap scheme in this belatedly released 2012 Gallic romcom. Rated: 1/5 Jun 20, 2014 Full Review Rich Cline Contactmusic.com The French don't always get the balance right in their farcical romantic comedies, but they usually win us over with goofy charm. Alas, the plan never quite comes together this time. Rated: 2.5/5 Jun 13, 2014 Full Review Read all reviews
