Audience Member Horrifying film about the Gwangju Massacre in May 1980, and the aftermath, as effected the life of a young girl who witnessed the massacre and her mother die, and consequently lost her mind. Powerful performances by the girl (Lee Jung-Hyun) and the man she formed a dysfunctional relationship with (Moon Sung-Geun). Haunting visuals of the events in May, shot in black and white, and haunting music.
