I wanted to love it, but just didn’t! It starts out very hopeful to be a great movie, but falls short. Ambling scenes in the second half made me squirm. I never shed a tear, which was disappointing.

It wasn't what I expected. This movie was a downer, when it could have been so much more. Great subject matter, but disappointingly poorly done. And if profanity bothers you, this is not the movie to see.

The character of Benjamin was very annoying. I definitely did not find him "fun" as the other characters described him. I didn't feel the connection between personal pain and setting that with the backdrop of the Jewish pain during Holocaust. It was okay movie.
