Cute. Hadn't seen the first one but it wasn't necessary. As is usually the case with films like this, everything came together just a bit too perfectly.

I loved the movie. It tackled really complex issues for young girls and transplanted them into a very simple format. It told a wonderful story and the characters generosity and kindness and real struggles resonated with the grown ups and the kids
