Cliché plot and actors who have zero chemistry. The only one who showed any personality was the sister. I also don't understand who thought it would be a good idea to bring the brightest construction spotlight with ice blue light to ALL of the scenes! It completely put me off and ruined the supposed cozy christmas vibe and made it feel like my own home made videos I recorded in my room as a teenager. There is actually a screen with the test pattern with the neon colored bars where a transition should have been. Also, in the Christmas market scenes, there is a loud popping sound that is so distracting. I think it's supposed to be a fireplace, but they don't actually show one, so it doesn't make sense. See more Cow M 11/30/2024 As someone who usually enjoys Christmas movies this film fell short of any of the usual captivating scenes or heartfelt stories. A script that failed to follow itself and characters feeling like total strangers to each other despite supposedly being related, this film fails to captivate and keep the watcher entertained or engaged. Despite this, the classic countryside setting was amazing and the set design was pretty good.
