Audience Member I started watching the movie about 20 minutes in and looked up a plot summary to get caught up. Even still, I was confused AF the whole time. Makes me think of 2001: A Space Odyssey (and not the good parts) with all the wasted time in this movie. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member I was hoping for a campy 80s style hacker movie like "Wargames" but this film ended up being more of a "Parallax View" paranoid conspiracy type of film. A badly made paranoid conspiracy type film that is. A reporter uncovers a shadowy conspiracy to overthrow the government. Martin Landau somehow ended up in this mess. Stick with better films like the "Parallax View," "Winter Kills," "Enemy of the State" or even the insipid "Eagle Eye" (though Shia LaBeouf did scoop Edward Snowden by stating on The Tonight Show that when talking to an on-set FBI consultant that "He told me that one in five phone calls that you make are recorded and logged. And I laughed at him and then he played back a phone conversation I'd had two years prior."). Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Popular actors in a cheesy cloak and dagger overbearing music enhanced out of date waste of time.
