Audience Member If you are expecting a laugh riot, this isn't it. But it is a charming drama with some amusing parts. With some very likeable performances. Lily Tomlin is a high light. A nice matinee movie. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member very sweet story about how a disabled member of the family affects her younger sister, and the impact of guilt on many lives. Lauren Ambrose pulls off a convincing performance as the teenager planning her future and education in a strained climate, and choosing between destiny and duty. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Indie drama about faith and retardation... pretty good stuff. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member 5.5/10. Slightly better than avarage drama, well acted but I just wasn't always into the film, the story didn't do much for me. Professionally done. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member What could be a moving and heartwarming movie is so ponderous and without an iota of tension to up the stakes and make us care. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Great story telling film, with a unexpected twist at the end. Ambrose does a wonderful job, so does Amy Madigan. This could have easily been trite..but this seemed like a great collborative effort. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
