A raw comedy that is intermittently hilarious as it attacks pretty much every taboo around. Go to Full Review

While some of it falls flat, the comedic approach does have a few brighter moments of slapstick fun. Go to Full Review

A tendency to steer all humour towards the toilet and to just keep flushing means this will only appeal to the most forgiving fans of Ali G. Go to Full Review

Shaun R @Shaun666 Jun 11 Very funny, but I can’t help but think the film would’ve been better in documentary style, much like Borat and Bruno. Still, it’s ridiculous enough to keep Ali G fans happy. See more Blu B May 1 So...It's kind of like a slightly better Malibu's Most Wanted with a hint of Being There mixed together....it's such an odd and stupid combination. It's okay overall. the humor does actually get a laugh half the time with the dumb stuff. But the rest is just the typical gross out sex humor you see in tons of these flicks from this era. It also has like a Naked Gun stlye of dumb humor to it also that sometimes works. The concept is kind of clever a fish out of water making waves but it's just weighed down by how dumb it is and trying to be hip and modern for 2002. It ends p dating itself terribly in a sense. But also it is what makes it stand apart and is it's identtiy too. So it's a gift and a curse. For what it's worth it does follow a general plot that makes sense and kind of works. But it's not really clever at all and follows the typicla beats you'd expect for a dumb comedy plot like this. Martin Freeman & Gambon what are you guys doing here....But yeah skip this and watch Borat instead who actually is in this in a cameo style scene. See more Global s Mar 7 Page is so recreating and funful with easy access and process, thanks Rotten Tomatoes See more Lee H 02/18/2024 Aged like fine wine. Had a few good giggles back in the day but now that generation has passed, it's even more halairious and nostalgic See more Mark C 02/03/2024 Yes it's silly but some very funny content. Even funnier that the real life town of Staines officially changed its name due to this character See more Phillip L 02/01/2024 One of the funniest films ever made! See more Read all reviews
