Cork B @RT87142816 1d Its an indie, and all that comes with it. The poor special effects were fine for what they were trying to do, although not sure why they wanted the movie set in the 90s. The film is slow and I guess has symbolism, quirky characters, and crap like that. It isn't really bad, but on the other hand not much of anything happens. I guess maybe it is like ET for adults? I find it interesting that when the alien says our species needs a new home, no eyebrows were raised at all.
