Kristen Lopez indieWire Despite Germano's valiant attempts to hold this movie together, it becomes silly watching him attempt to get at the heart of a mystery that is anything but. Rated: D Sep 11, 2021 Full Review David Rooney The Hollywood Reporter For all its high style and aestheticized visuals, this is a work of self-conscious posturing with nothing to say. Sep 11, 2021 Full Review Guy Lodge Variety "America Latina" may frequently look and sound terrific, but a Ferrari spinning its wheels is spinning its wheels just the same... Sep 11, 2021 Full Review Stephanie Bunbury Deadline Hollywood Daily This is [The D’Innocenzo brothers'] shot at portraying the kind of man who has never quite hit the macho mark. Sadly, for all their brilliance at building their own off-kilter world, they miss their own target. Sep 16, 2023 Full Review Serena Seghedoni Loud and Clear Reviews A daring, exquisitely multilayered story that echoes the work of Yorgos Lanthimos and Bong Joon-ho, but that is also unmistakenly Italian. Rated: 4/5 Jul 20, 2023 Full Review Deborah Young The Film Verdict If the narrative thread is frustrating, Elio Germano (he played one of the off-the-wall parents in Favolacce) keeps you guessing. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/10/23 Full Review Read all reviews
