Audience Member FANTASTIC INFO!!! Think about only the content. The facts about needing a lifestyle change not just a diet. Eat fruits, veggies, grains and legumes, and eat as much as you want!!!! The recipes are endless. Be smarter than processed food!!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member an intense look at thinness ideals and misconceptions in America Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member The underlying issue here is that you can be healthy if you exercise and eat right, but aren't a size 0. I also appreciate the fact that Darryl Roberts set out to prove modern medicine wrong and achieved that goal. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
