john m The candid approach to these peoples' lives is pretty heartbreaking to watch. It's a film that puts you in the middle of this epidemic to show the true nature and horror of it. I'm not sure it's necessarily something that will shed more light on this issue or have misinformed people changing their minds, but at least it's completely unflinching in its messages.
