Jrn H This movie wasn't much to write home about. Bad. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/25/22 Full Review Audience Member Relatively dull film about a Latin American poet and political figure in exile in London who is the target of assassination attempts. Andy Garcia delivers his usual strong performance but can't say I ever got attached to the character to get into this one. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member South American President-in-exile must deflect numerous attempts at his life while in Britain (security anyone?) doing various poetry readings and tv appearances. Filled with characters who could be CIA or could be KGB or possibly other special operations largely speaking in code. I did find Kitty Aldridge watchable; thankfully she had a big role.
