Zohra D I loved the movie, lighthearted and fun. Such a delight❤️ Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/29/23 Full Review Zaydaan b I can say without a doubt this movie is a absolute joy ride. Non Muslim's might shy away from a movie like this, but I can confirm no matter what background you have you will love this movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/23/23 Full Review S H Entertaining, funny and heartfelt. Well cast and enjoyable storyline. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/21/23 Full Review Di Z Americanish was refreshing and it gave us something that has been missing for a long time A GOOD ROMCOM!!!. The best part about it is that the film is a rom com but updated. The update isn't just because it's an immigrant story. It isn't just because these are Muslim American women. The update is that these women want more out life even as they're seeking love. And, the true romance is self-love. I enjoyed the fact that these were 3 very different yet very strong women who had hopes dreams and respect for themselves. I think one of the things that we as Americans we have to remember is the fact that this country is about all of the different people that makes up it's colorfulness. The movie have some of the traditional romantic comedy set ups and thankfully the talented director and cast gave us great payoffs and a few surprises. I hope this movie gets a wider release.
