Alejandra C So.... Camera is bad. Actors are bad. I was 30 min in until i decided to stop watching. I get it, its an independent movie but have you seen Milk and Serial? The story revolves around an adult young man (Scott) who fled a cult-in-the-making and now lives with his single mother. He has a reclusive nature and only interacts with his buddy (Caleb). Scott's mother is brutally killed in his home in front of him, tapped to a chair, by an intruder who once kidnapped Scott as a child and carried him into the woods to a cult leader. Now he must seek vengeance on the murderer of his mother. The story is intriguing, which focuses on child abuse. The performers in the lead roles are unknown yet talented. The film will not bore you, but should you skip it, you will not be regretful. Looks like IMDB is more accurate for this movie. However in my opinion it's worse than that because of the dialogue. The script is OK, if it was perhaps higher budget with better actors it could have been pretty good.
