FRANK B The proverbial phrase "Truth is stranger than fiction" is showcased in this film. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/18/24 Full Review Audience Member An Officer and a Murderer is based on the true events of Russell Williams, a former Colonel in the Royal Canadian Air Force in 2010. The movie did a fairly good job of portraying the events in an adequate manner. The storyline being based on true events left little to be written and the story staying within the parameters of the truth. The movie was pretty good. The actors were excellent. If your in to true crime type movies, you may wish to check this one out. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Read all reviews
