Naive, pretentious film director Clive Walton (Michael Riley) and his producer, Marvin Handleman (Stephen Rappaport), set out to create an epic religious film. Their woefully inept efforts to bring forth a masterpiece form the basis of this mockumentary about the making of the ambitious and ultimately doomed project. This is a producers nightmare! A clueless director and his overly optimistic producer embark on their dream project—a definitive cinematic version of the Old and New Testaments—but quickly realize the true miracle will be finishing the movie before the studio shuts down the entire, financially imploding production.
