Frank S We really liked Answer This - the story of a college graduate who has lived under his dad's thumb for his whole life. He has to decide between following in his dad's footsteps and striking out on his own while he spends his spare time competing in trivia contests with his whacky buddies. No superheroes or bloody battles - the story is a heartfelt literate drama with some enjoyable comedic moments and the actors and direction are reliably authentic in regard to modern college life. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/26/24 Full Review don s Decent acting, enjoyable characters, and Arielle Kebbel, whom I find adorable, combine to make this corny romantic comedy about a bunch of geeks who play Trivial Pursuit in a bunch of bars across Ann Arbor, Michigan, in order to win a box of wine and a box of condoms. It's a little deeper than that, dealing with life choices, etc., but mostly it's about the competition. Worth a look. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member i don't like the ending. he's choice sucks! Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member You basically know how this will end, but getting there is a pretty good ride. Story basically revolves around a student finally getting his Masters and becoming a Professor, which his father is a local legend in the field. He and his friends also enter into a local Trivial Pursuit contest. The lead actor is pretty solid, and his two buddies in the contest are pretty good and I feel like they could have made an entire film just about those three guys playing the game. The heart of the movie comes from Arielle Kebbel, who has never looked more adorable than in this film. She kind of goes from the girl you want him to get to kind of a mean annoying person back to the sweet thing during the film, and one of the bigger issues I had was how it ended between them at the end of the film, given you could tell how good they were together. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie took a long time to get around to the point, but the ending was sweet.
