Linda Barnard Toronto Star The dialogue is pedestrian and the performances hardly inspired. Rated: 1.5/4 Dec 12, 2013 Full Review Patrick Cavanaugh The Wolfman Cometh An underwhelming amalgam of other low-budget thrillers that all cover similar territory and do so more effectively, failing to bring anything new to the table in any capacity. Rated: 2/5 Sep 20, 2023 Full Review Richard Propes TheIndependentCritic.com Antisocial is a solid indie horror/thriller. Rated: 3.0/4.0 Sep 2, 2020 Full Review Sarah Gopaul Digital Journal It begins to feel like the film Pulse, which similarly demonized technology. And then the conclusion takes it a step too far, circling back to the blood soaked cliché it was so close to transcending. Nov 1, 2018 Full Review Zena Dixon Real Queen of Horror [Antisocial] is a brilliant horror film that comments on our society's addiction to social media. Michael B Overall it wowed me. Fair warning Several gory parts, some flaws and cheesy lines, but overall edge of your seat and great story and metaphor about social media obsession, even if it’s similar storylines to past movies. Recommended! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/31/24 Full Review Audience Member I thought this movie was pretty good. Sometimes it seemed a little slow, but overall it was pretty good. Can't wait to watch the 2nd one. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Really good watch, would watch again, and can recommend. This is such a great concept for a story, but unfortunately it didn't get the budget or the star power to meet its potential. I love the ideas behind the viral infection. Designing the infection in the manner they did allowed for multiple clues and stage of infection to creating interesting story points. The cast manages to create the necessary atmosphere of panic and ignorance throughout the movie. Like a lot of horror movies, it is fueled by stupidity and desperation in a spectacular fashion of adversity. Honestly one of my "cheap" horror movie concepts. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member No wonder this movie has a rotten rating. The whole movie's just meaningless. And why'd you have to kill of Jed the most sensible one of the bunch. Mark's just the most naive person who doesn't have any common sense. Too much horror movie cliches. The black guy died first then his "dumb blond" girlfriend next. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member the storyline just so complicated and easy to guess like it is so cliche Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review bryan b Premise of a virus that transmits over the internet too ridiculous to get past.
