James C Oct 12 A good plot, location, good casting mostly. The script is a little weak with predictable lines, and the direction doesn't quite make up for this. Nevertheless enjoyable, some dramatic moments, a good lead. It is about a cowboy who sets out to try to stop an Indian war and rescue a white woman captured by the Apaches. Rory Calhoun and Barbara Bates give excellent performances. The screenplay is well written. Ray Nazarro did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the action and adventure. Apache Territory is a must see.
