mhm f Sep 8 A cinematically creative and interesting movie with realistic and complex characters that I feel accurately represent how teenagers deal with mental health and outlooks on nihilism or suicide. Gabriele Sunday clearly paints a picture of modern depression and common teen angst while giving perspective on how drastically they affect high-school life. In rating this film quality-wise, it’s easily a five for stunning visuals and moving performances, but what stands out most is how clearly the vision that the film followed was achieved perfectly, and could have easily been a miss if tackled from a different angle.
