In this musical comedy, Mac (Jack Benny), head of his own advertising agency, is charged with finding a queen of the Artists and Models Ball. Mac's client Alan Townsend (Richard Arlen) is sponsoring the ball and wants a non-professional. The problem is that Mac already promised the title to his girlfriend, model Paula (Ida Lupino).
