Mark Olsen Los Angeles Times Pretty straightforward as an inspirational sports movie, it does provide an unusual glimpse into the perceptions and interactions between North and South Korea. Rated: 3/5 Jun 8, 2012 Full Review Panos Kotzathanasis Asian Movie Pulse “As One” is definitely a feel-good film, with the charisma of the protagonists, the presentation of the sport and the clash, bonding and triumph of the main arc making the movie quite easy to watch. Audience Member This movie is amazing! The first half hour is a bit 'meh', but after that, the story really kicks in and it is absolutely stunning. I have to admit, I purchased this film because I love Table Tennis, but even if you don't love Table Tennis, you will enjoy this film. The acting of the main, and secondary characters is astounding. I absolutely recommend this film. Just remember to have a box of tissues handy. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member The best movie I have yet to see. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Just love it, i love these kind of sports films, based on true events. United South and North, lot of emotions, friendship and Donna Bae Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member A divided nation forms a unified team to go against a powerhouse, who has been unbeaten in 8 consecutive outings. This is your typical underdog story and it has all the elements to inspire you. Rookie jitters, irreconcilable differences, injuries, biased referees, and blossoming love! :) Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Una commedia, un dramma, una storia sull'unificazione delle coree attorno al tavolo da ping-pong. La storia vera della prima volta che la corea ha battuto la cina. Bello. (3,5/5) Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member really touching! I have cried at the end of this movie.
