Movie was a bit choppy, but worth the watch. Message and ending was delivered well, acting was great. I watch a lot of science fiction & love finding gems like this. I'm hoping part 2 is dubbed in English. Looking forward to watching it.

I went into this movie to have a taste at Russian movie making and culture. And I was pleasantly surprised. This movie start out as your typical hollywood teen movie. The special effects were decent, and at times superb. Especially the alien exo suits were so well edited, that I was immersed enough to feel they were really there with the actors on the field, and it was not CGI added later in post production. The movie watches more as a melo drama, rather than an action movie, and its more a social commentary in general. This is not your typical alien invasion movie and give us another take on alien first encounter which is a breath of fresh air in cinematic experience.
