Dennis Harvey Variety Comedian Margaret Cho calls her first non-concert feature as writer-star "a fag and fag-hag 'Thelma and Louise,'" a description that's funnier than anything in Bam Bam and Celeste. Oct 14, 2005 Full Review Rob Gonsalves Rob's Movie Vault Light and inoffensive but lacks the depth and revolutionary bite of Cho's best stand-up material. Audience Member Margaret Cho never disappoints. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member You've really gotta like margaret cho to be into this. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Dreadful. A ham-fisted attempt at poking fun at racism and bigotry while simultaneously promoting that true beauty lies within. Everything in this film falls flat, especially Margaret Cho, whose performance is awful. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Largely unsuccessful attempt to turn Cho's stand-up routines (particularly "Notorious C.H.O.") into a narrative. There's just no chemistry to speak of among the cast, and the jokes have lost their punch. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Just saw this on Logo. It's very cute and retro. Alan Cummings is great in it! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member I am in love with this movie.
