      Audience Member This is real garbage. Charles Band bought two WIP films by Edoardo Mulargia and spliced them together adding wrap-around footage featuring Linda Blair. The result is dull and incoherent. If you really want to see a WIP flick with Ajita Wilson, go to "Escape from Hell" which is where the bulk of this footage came from. If you want to see one with Linda Blair, for heaven's sake, watch "Chained Heat". That film is magnificent, this one stinks. This is Penn Jillette's film debut, but he appears for all of a minute. Well she's in the wrap around & narrates & she isn't one of the girls that get naked. Pissed me right off because I thought that Blair should have been shlubbing w/ the other girls in the jungle; biting the head of a snake, being covered w/ leeches or throwing dynamite w/ her sugar boobies hanging out. I tried to make the best of Savage Island & it does have it's moments like I just said (that snake head biting scene is worth the price of admission) & of course it is riddled w/ nudity. I like that it shows mercy in death because if I was covered in leeches I wish someone would blow my fucking brains out too Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
