See more Chris M 02/15/2023 When I first saw this I assumed they were going to do a gender swap version of the classic novel. Like they did with "A Christmas Carol". But I'm glad they didn't go that simple. It teaches girls about sexist jerks without making it look like ALL men being sexist. Ironically the worst offender of sexism in this movie isn't even a man. The hand maiden of the castle who is an ugly, unpleasant and overall bitch. But that doesn't ruin the movie. It's a clever angle on a classic novel. See more Read all reviews
