Chynna B The ending has a well-thought-out twist. I loved the soundtrack. I love the animation. I also love Barbie helping out her younger sister, Kelly. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/21/23 Full Review StephenPaul C The greatest 01 hour: and 18 minutes of a portrayal of Rapunzel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/12/23 Full Review TimeFlies A I find this story a bit more exciting than Disney's Rapunzel. I mean, in the Disney movie, it was just Rapunzel being kidnapped, then raised by Mother Gothel and then exploring the kingdom, finding her family. But in Barbie's version, it wasn't just about Rapunzel. It was also about the war between the two kingdoms/kings, who Gothel turned against each other; it was about a dragon finding its courage, and another dragon realizing that it's not just about power. And a Prince looking at things differently, that you don't have to solve everything violently. It's just amazing how much is going on in the background. While in Disney's version it felt like the 18 years just went by in a wink and everyone waited for Rapunzel to come back, in Barbie's version the world actually continued to turn. 💫 Also, I really really love the magic paintbrush!! I think every artist would love to have that kind of brush, that makes your drawings real, kinda like a 3D printer but connected to your mind. 😍🖌 Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Ollie P I love watching this movie. I have it on dvd and it's always made me smile ever since I was a little kid. Timeless and adorable. One of the more underrated barbie movies. Definitely my favourite of the barbie movies.
