Rated 5/5 Stars •  Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member From my 10 yr old: I just watched Barbie Princess Power. It started with a bad guy who wants to take over the throne. He made a serum that makes him powerful but he accidentally dropped the serum into the sewers. A caterpillar got it and turned into a butterfly who then kissed a princess who obtained the powers and passed out. Her friends figured out she had powers and then she went to go save people. For example, she saved people after they dropped their coffee and a whole bunch of other big things happened and she saved them. A couple days later, it was her birthday. Her cousin was there and figured out it was her who had the powers. And she got her powers from the butterfly. The cousin then got the butterfly and became a superhero too and then they competed against who was better. The bad guy made a new serum and battled against them. Then the guy tried to attack their family to take the throne. The cousins worked together to defeat him. He tried to ruin everything with lava and they worked to cool lava in the lake, the end. The move was worth my time because I liked the animation and the music in the movie. It may have been a bit short. I wish they would have included more time and focused more on the competition between the cousins. In summary, I would recommend this movie to any age.
