Personally i never read the Knightfall comics but there's bunch of parts of the movie where i question the writing, those can include certain choices the characters make or do. Spoiler warning! The part where robin goes to the batcave and doesn't immediately warn batman that Bane is "Literally going after him after he is exhausted" after he literally figures out his plan?? And how Tim and Alfred just goes upstairs to just get knocked out. Did Tim forget that Bane knows that Bruce Wayne is Batman and just goes to Batcave/Wayne manner and doesn't immediately start preparing for Bane's arrival. Another thing is how Bane gets shot at the start of the movie after he gets his first Venom injection and he gets no scratch or wound but at the end where he fights Batman he literally bleeds from the batarang. During the fight why would Bane amp himself even more if he can already crush normal people, isn't batman normal? I’m actually shocked, a very brutal and gritty edition while staying loyal to the source material. Lots of villains with a more adult take on their behaviours. This is what Batman needs more of. Facing off against a city filled with a myriad of his notorious villains. I’m always a sucker for any Batman arc that has him running the gauntlet of his rouges gallery and this doesn’t disappoint. Culminating in a truly menacing portrayal of Bane and building to one of the most iconic moments is the Batman mythos.
