The Allied D-Day invasion is a success, and German forces are beginning to give in and leave Normandy, France. After an ambush takes out a set of Panzer tanks led by German Lt. Hunter (Stan Cooper), he finds himself alone with his unit in what may be the last Panzer that's still operational. While traveling through the French countryside, Cooper meets Jeanette (Erna Schurer), a woman who offers to lead the troops back to Germany, but his feelings for her get in the way of his survival instincts.

Audience Member Footage and score during opening credits is exciting. A lone German tank trapped behind enemy lines attempts to return to safety. Tensions run high and the tank is crowded but Erna Schurer makes the trip more enjoyable than it could have been. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member The travails of a World War II Panzer crew as they attempt to reach the German lines and safety - intrigueingly portrayed as a contemporary Spaghetti Western (the motifs, music and characterization make this plain to see). The acting is sub-par as you'd expect but the action scenes are pretty good as is the sexy leading lady Erna Scherer. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Desperate lone German panzer tank fights to return to its corps in waning days of WWII. Despite some cramped quarters in the Panzer, the soldiers are quite accomodating to have Erna Schurer along for the ride. Have to question the seriousness of the dubbing job, with one German soldier named Sergeant Schultz in the middle of Hogan's Heroes tv run and a laughingly double entendre command by the German officer to 'pull up into the underbrush and park!' while gazing up Schurer's robe.
